Our expertise spans SAP, SBEM and Level 5 EPC assessments for Building Regulations compliance to full building environmental assessments and IESVE based dynamic modelling to optimise thermal comfort & building performance, reduce operational emissions and limit the embodied carbon in new developments.
Other services include BREEAM assessments, Air Quality Assessments, Green House Gas emission reporting and Net Zero Carbon and Whole Life Carbon assessments, whilst our hydrology department looks after flood risk assessment, SuDs strategy and water quality issues.
